The short version: this website collects nothing about you on its own. Here's the longer version.
What this site doesn’t do
There are no analytics, no advertising tags, and no social media trackers on any page. The site sets no cookies of its own. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google, so simply reading a page doesn’t announce your visit to anyone else.
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps short-term technical logs — the kind of record that makes it possible to tell whether a page loaded. Those aren’t used to build a picture of you.
The newsletter
If you sign up for letters and the free guide, your email address goes to Mailchimp, who send our mail for us. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to dr.rose@rosecabinetmedicine.comand asking. We don’t sell, rent, or share that list.
Booking an appointment
The booking form on the appointment pagebelongs to CharmHealth, the practice’s medical records system. What you type into it goes straight to Charm — this website never sees it, stores it, or emails it. That is deliberate: health information deserves to live inside a system built to protect it, under the agreements HIPAA requires.
For the same reason, please don’t send health details by ordinary email. Email isn’t a secure channel. Use the booking form, the patient portal, or the phone.
Things embedded from elsewhere
The links pagecarries one video hosted by Vimeo, set to Vimeo’s do-not-track mode so it won’t set tracking cookies. Links to the Fullscript dispensary, doTERRA, and other practitioners’ sites are ordinary links — once you follow one, you’re on their site, under their rules.
Your records as a patient
If you become a patient, your medical records are governed by HIPAA and by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you register. That notice — not this page — covers your rights to see, correct, and request copies of your records. Ask at any time and we’ll send it again.
